The Terro-Human Alliance Has super battery technology.

This is, for all intents and purposes Tech Level 9 Power Cell Technology from GURPS Ultra Tech.

From GURPS Ultra Tech 1 and 2, 3rd edition:

Power Cells

There are six sizes of power cells, Designated by letter. Power Cells Increase exponentially in power by size. An A Cell has ten times the power of the AA. The B has ten times the power of the A cell and 100 times the power of the AA cell.

AA Cell

A disk 1/16 inch in diameter and 1/32 inch thick. These are used to power microbots, brain implants, calculators, etc. They Cost $2 each and 500 AA cells weigh 1 oz. Power Capacity = 2.7kWs or 0.00075 kWh

A Cell

This is a cylinder 1/4 inch diameter, and 1/8 inch tall. Size A cells are used to power wrist comps, short ranged radios and other devices with small power requirements. An A Cell costs $10. 25 A cells weigh 1 ounce. Power Capacity = 27kWs, or 0.0075 kWh

B cell

A Cylinder 1/2 inch in diameter and 1/2 inch tall. they are used to power various sorts of hand-held equipment, like tools. B Cells Cost $30 each. 20 Weigh 1 lb. Power Capacity = 270 kWs 0.075 kWh

C Cell

This is a 1 inch diameter by 2 inch tall cylinder. They are the most commonly used cells. Often machines designed for other cells will have adapters for C sized cells. These cost $100 and weigh 1/2 a lb. Power Capacity = 2,700 kWs or 0.75 kWh

D Cell

A Cylinder 2 inches in diameter and 4 inches tall. D cells power military equippent and labor mechs. Each D Cell costs $500 and weighs 5 lbs. Power Capacity = 27,000 kWs or 7.5 kWh

E Cell

Each E Cell is a cylinder 4 inches in diameter and 6 inches tall. E cells power large vehicles, buildings and large mechs or equipment. These are often used as reserve power supplies by starships. An E Cell costs $2,000 and weighs 20 lbs. Power Capacity = 270,000 kWs or 75 kWh

Special Effect

Power Cells use exotic crystal matrixes to store energy. They are rechargable. They cannot be discharged quickly enough to explode. However the dedicated super capacitors of a hyperdrive can. They have an indefinite shelf life and will not self-discharge.

A piece of equipment can be jury rigged to use the wrong size of energy cell. remember that 10 B cells equal 1 cell and so on. Equipment can also be jury rigged to use less or more advanced energy cells. These sorts of jury rigged adaptations require skkill checks against repair, craft (electronics) or other applicable skill. Failure risks damaging or destroying the equipment.
