Oasis
A planet Planet of magnetioc storms and a neutral city called Oasis. Oasis is strictly neutral to all parties, allowing diplomacy among hostile powers. Oasis is haunted by Odee-X a holographic AI of a short blue person who speaks in riddles.
The Magnetic storms act like natural Ion Cannon, de-rezzing ship systems. This can be really bad if you're in mid-air when it happens. Old hands know to read the weather before attempting to land.
The Space Port at Oasis city is small. The equipment is well cared for, but a grab bag od older stuff.
